What is the +FE Music Store?

The +FE Music Store allows you to preview and purchase our artists' music. You can purchase music in digital (MP3) and physical (CDs, vinyl) form, as well as merchandise such as posters and apparel.

Do I need to create an account?

You do not need an account to browse the store and preview the music, but you’ll need to create an account if you want to purchase items.

How do I preview music?

From each album's detail page, click 'preview this release' located in the Quick Overview. A pop-up player will launch and play the selection of your choice.

How do I pay for tracks, albums and other merchandise?

The +FE Music Store uses PayPal to accept payments, allowing you to purchase items using your credit card, debit card or bank account.

How safe is the +FE Music Store?

We use industry standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption to insure safe transactions.

How do I purchase and download digital music files?

You can add entire albums or individual tracks to your cart. Upon payment, your cart contents can be downloaded by accessing My Downloadable Products from your Account dashboard. Under My Downloadable Products you'll find your personal download links to all of the items you have purchased. Right-click and chose "Save as" (PC) or Control-click and chose "Save as" (Mac) to download and save your items to the default download folder on your computer.

What do I get when I download an MP3 track or album from the +FE Music Store?

The +FE Music Store offers the highest quality MP3s possible. They are encoded without DRM (Digital Rights Management) at non-variable rate of 320 kbps. At this quality level, the sound is essentially indistinguishable from a CD.

How long will it take to get my order?

+FE Music Store does not ship orders the same day they are placed. All expedited orders will be processed for shipment on the following business day. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing orders; you will receive a tracking number along with a shipping confirmation email once your order ships. This email will arrive 1-2 business days after you receive your initial order confirmation email. Orders placed on weekend days will not be processed until the next business day.
** With the exception of album pre-orders, which generally ship the weekend before the Tuesday release date.

How much will shipping and delivery be?

Orders are shipped via USPS or Fed Ex Ground / Home Delivery; shipping costs vary with every order. Before you checkout and place your order, you can estimate the shipping (and tax) of your cart contents based on your address. Shipping costs will be calculated based on weight of package & shipping location

Does the +FE Music Store ship internationally?

We ship internationally via USPS First Class or Priority International Mail. Please allow up to 4 to 6 weeks for custom clearance on overseas shipping.

What is the Refund & Cancellation policy?

The +FE Music Store does not accept returns on any mail order products and we do not offer refunds, except in the case of defective merchandise. Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept any cancellations. If you notice any problems with your order in your confirmation e-mail, please contact us immediately at store@theforeignexchangemusic.com and we will make every effort to correct it.

What should I do if my CD or LP is defective?

Send the original invoice, the defective item, and all original packaging to:
